Global Startup Movement, Karachi-Chapter
Katalyst Labs partnered with a renowned global startup movement to host its Karachi-chapter for three consecutive years (2023 – 2025). This one-day startup conference brought together founders, students, professionals, investors, and industry experts to connect, collaborate, and showcase new ventures. It also served as a hub for discovering new startups, expanding networks, and gaining insights from experienced professionals through meaningful on-stage dialogue.
This event attracted students and young professionals eager to learn and engage with the local entrepreneurial community. Through speaker sessions, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities, attendees fostered meaningful connections and helped create an environment where ideas and collaborations could thrive.

Visa Connect is Visa’s flagship conference that convenes financial institutions, fintech leaders, policymakers, and industry experts to shape the future of digital payments and fintech innovation. Through keynotes, panels, and interactive sessions, it explores themes such as digital transformation, AI‑driven payment systems, risk and security, SME solutions, and cross‑border transactions.
As the execution and agency partner for Visa Connect 2026 in Pakistan, Katalyst Labs provided end-to-end event management, including logistics, production, branding, speaker coordination, and guest experience. We also led creative direction and design for digital assets, merchandise, and event materials across five host markets.
she’s next pakistan – competition
Katalyst Labs has been the trusted execution partner for both the editions of She’s Next Pakistan, an initiative powered by Visa in partnership with HBL, delivering high‑impact events that empower women entrepreneurs. We conducted nationwide outreach across five cities, shortlisted 10 finalists from thousands of applications in both years, and organized a full‑day final pitch event where five winners each received USD 10,000 grants.
