Jeannine Coelho | Co-Founder: Jeannine completed a BSc in Biological Sciences in 2020 from Imperial College London, after which she worked as a Business Development Manager at ATCO Laboratories Limited, a leading national pharmaceutical company. Her work involved finding new markets to expand ATCO’s portfolio as well as managing partnerships with international stakeholders. Within Sukoon, Jeannine manages on-ground operations ranging from prototype testing to nurse recruitment!

Hansa Shree | Co-Founder: Hansa is a Deep-Tech DPhil candidate at the University of Oxford working on 3D living devices for drug delivery. She is also a serial entrepreneur and has previously raised more than £40,000 in equity-free funding for a femtech venture reducing period poverty in Africa. In 2021, Hansa was named one of the ‘Women to Watch’ by South Bank Innovation, UK. Within Sukoon, Hansa leverages her entrepreneurial experience to drive our legal, marketing, and finance strategy.

Akhilesh Sivaraman | Co-Founder: Akhilesh completed a BSc in Biological Sciences from Imperial College London during which he learned bioinformatics. After that, he joined IQVIA, a health information technology, and clinical research firm, as a Safety Associate working on the COVID-19 vaccine, diabetes, and CVD. With his background in pharmacovigilance and bioinformatics, Akhilesh builds Sukoon’s data-driven prototype with patient safety and compliance in mind.

Waqas Aziz | Co-Founder: Currently juggling his primary role as SITE HSE Head at Engro in Pakistan’s largest open-pit coal mine in Thar, with his role as Co-Founder of Headlight, Waqas is a people-management and operations ace!
